    Published by 46, 23/04/10

Welcome to the first of an ongoing series of monthly think-pieces. These have been commissioned to reflect the work, themes and values of The Way Ahead Group with a view to providing insights, questions and reflections which will inform your own work and way of being in the world. In our first piece, Bridget Kievits, our 'woman in Holland', interviews Henk-Jan Hoefman, the founding director of the inspirational Zin centre for spirituality and work in Vught. He was a high flyer at one of Holland's leading Management Consultants when he first visited a monastery that needed a new direction. He transformed the place architecturally and organisationally to be a living model of spiritual intelligence. Use this to reflect on your own practice and leadership.
