Corporate Social Responsibility
The Way Ahead Group in working exclusively with value driven
organisations in the public and third sectors believes it important
to develop a programme of corporate social responsibility and has
done since its creation in 2002.
IYLP
This will be developed as The Way Ahead Group’s main development
programme. The International Young Leaders Programme to be launched
in autumn 2008 to provide high quality leadership opportunities for young
people, internationally.
Donations
We will donate our time, skills, expertise and network to IYLP and
will continue to make donations to key partner charities.
Environmental Responsibility
We will be developing a green policy for our work by Summer 2008.
Staff Time
We will donate staff time to partner charities.
Awards and Prizes
We will give free places to various TWAG projects to our
partnered charities.
Ethical Sourcing
We buy fairly traded products whenever possible and as we grow
will continue to develop appropriate relationships with similar
minded-partners.
