Welcome to the Group, the place where all those who have either worked with a way ahead group coach or attended one of our retreats can become part of a valued network of those in senior positions who have been through a personal and reflective process.
We will be developing a range
of services for you.
The main service will be the opportunity
to return to Parcevall Hall to develop
specialist knowledge experientially.
We consulted on what this should be
and are going to launch in 2008 4
specialist retreats where you can build
your own understanding of each of
the Intelligences. We are working with
leaders in their fields and Duncan will
co-facilitate each one and will lead the
winter session to bring it all together.
Some of you may want to ensure
that you return to Parcevall Hall with
the same people you were there with
before and you can now do this by
using your password to access the
booking for each of the following
retreats. Equally you may prefer to
work with new people and the
password system allows you to see
the names of those already booked.
